Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
Visual: Picota cherry colour. Smell: Matured fruity smell of black/red currant and with a hint of cherry liquor.
Taste: Taste of mature tannins with a warm final.
Production: It is a combination of three varieties of grape from our vineyards, trying to achieve a wine with a touch of woodiness without losing the primary aromas. Left to age for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
